Air pollution extends far beyond “the air we breathe.”

Mother Gaia, you will be clean.

Inhale earthy air,

fresh and simulating—

how calming it feels,

regardless of being tainted.

Mother Gaia, you will be clean.

Through science and through willing—

we begin your re-construction,

leaving nothing aside for doubting.

Mother Gaia — clean — now and forever.

What Does Air Pollution Affect?

To the human eye, a colorless, invisible gas — but not always.

Air pollution does not keep its effects confined solely to the atmosphere.

Particulate matter and harmful gases from air pollution can travel and settle onto soils and water bodies from various distances.

Air pollution also extends to noise pollution — such as industrial plants disrupting natural acoustic ecosystems — a more ‘modern type’ of pollution.
